Job Summary:

Maths Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver well-structured maths lessons aligned with the CBSE/ICSE curriculum.
  

• Teach concepts of Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Statistics (as applicable).
  

• Develop lesson plans and teaching materials to meet learning objectives.
  

• Assess, record, and report on students’ progress regularly.
  

• Encourage analytical thinking and conceptual understanding through activities and examples.
  

• Provide extra support to students who need additional guidance.
  

• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and motivating classroom atmosphere.
  

• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school meetings or training sessions if required.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
  

• B.Ed. preferred (especially for CBSE/ICSE schools).
  

• Prior experience teaching Grades 5–10 will be an advantage.
  

• Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
  

• Ability to teach with patience and creativity.
  

• Familiarity with digital tools or online teaching methods is desirable.
  

Working Hours & Compensation:

• Engagement Type: Part-Time / Hourly Basis.
  

• Compensation: ₹250 – ₹300 per hour (based on qualification and experience).
