Strong communication skills to explain complex ideas effectively. Creativity in lesson delivery to capture students' interest and foster a love for learning. Deliver high-quality, interactive lessons that encourage participation and critical thinking. Design innovative lesson plans using technology, hands-on activities, and collaborative projects. Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning styles. Stay updated with field advancements and contribute to curriculum development. Engage in research and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: Master’s or Ph.D. in [Relevant Discipline] from an accredited institution. 1.5-2 years of teaching experience with an engaging, interactive approach in an ed-Tech Industry. Proficiency in educational technology and online learning platforms. A commitment to student success and inclusive teaching practices. Experience of Product Pitching in PTM interactions will be an add on Prior experience in student engagement strategies and course conversions.
