Who We’re Looking For

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching IB Math and/or IB English (PYP, MYP, or DP required)
• Prior IB teaching background is essential
• Thorough knowledge of

  IB curriculum

  , latest assessment rubrics, and inquiry-based learning

Skills & Attributes

• Exceptional communication and critical thinking
• Ability to adapt and use engaging, student-centered teaching approaches
• Collaborative and flexible mindset

Tech Requirements

• Reliable laptop/desktop, pen tablet, and fast internet connection

Availability

• Commit to at least 4 hours per day between 5:00pm – 11:00pm IST (24 hours/week minimum)

Compensation

• ₹350–₹450 per session, with potential monthly earnings up to ₹70,000

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 live IB Math and/or English lessons (PYP/MYP/DP) via virtual classroom
• Support students with exam prep, internal assessments, and projects
• Implement inquiry-driven and real-world curriculum strategies
• Turn trial sessions into excellent student enrollments
• Track student progress and provide detailed, actionable feedback for families

Training & Onboarding

All educators undergo hands-on onboarding in:

• Best practices for online IB lesson delivery
• Utilizing Mentor Match’s learning platform
• Progress monitoring and effective student engagement
• Reporting on learning outcomes
