Job Description

Lead and manage the material planning and inventory management process to ensure uninterrupted supply for production.
Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and production teams to maintain accurate stock levels.
Implement effective material requirement planning (MRP) systems and monitor usage trends.
Identify and resolve material shortages, delays, or bottlenecks.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for timely delivery and quality assurance.
Monitor and analyze material costs, recommending cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Lead, mentor, and support the material management team in achieving operational excellence.
