Master Trainer Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise combined with excellent instructional and communication skills to train and mentor participants across various proficiency levels—from beginners to advanced professionals.

You will play a key role in shaping AI talent by creating engaging learning experiences, conducting hands-on sessions, and staying ahead of technological advancements to ensure the training content remains current and industry-relevant.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and understand training requirements and objectives.
  
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training content covering AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Computer Vision, Azure, Data Science, and Cloud technologies.
  
• Design and implement engaging instructional materials using diverse teaching methods such as lectures, simulations, practical workshops, and interactive labs.
  
• Customize course materials to suit varied audience levels and learning needs.
  
• Continuously update and enhance the curriculum in line with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and technologies.
  
• Develop and conduct assessments to measure training effectiveness and participant learning outcomes.
  
• Provide constructive feedback, mentoring, and post-training support to learners for skill enhancement.
  
• Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment that fosters curiosity and innovation.
  
• Conduct research and stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in AI and related domains.
  
• Generate progress reports and maintain accurate records of training activities, feedback, and outcomes.
  
• Collaborate with peers, subject matter experts, and industry professionals to ensure alignment with global standards and practices.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science

  , or a related discipline.
• Advanced degrees or professional certifications in AI/ML/Cloud domains will be an added advantage.
  

Experience

• Minimum

  3 years

  of experience as a

  Technical Trainer

  or Instructor in AI, ML, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Computer Vision, Azure, Data Science, or related technologies.
• Proven experience in curriculum design, delivery of technical workshops, and hands-on mentoring.
  

Technical Skills

• Proficient in

  AI, ML, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Data Science tools

  .
• Strong programming skills in

  Python

  and hands-on experience with key frameworks and libraries such as

  TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, Matplotlib, Pandas, and Scikit-learn

  .
• Good understanding of

  MySQL

  and back-end data management.
• Familiarity with

  Azure AI services and Cloud platforms

  .
• Proficiency in

  Power BI

  for data visualization and reporting.
• Comfortable working in

  Linux environments

  and proficient with

  MS Office tools

  .

Certifications (Preferred)

• Microsoft Certified:

  Azure AI Engineer Associate

• Certified

  Data Scientist

  or related credentials
• Certifications in

  AI/ML, Deep Learning, or Cloud Technologies

  from recognized bodies
