MDM Developer

This is a high-impact role for professionals who can design and implement enterprise-wide master data solutions, ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement MDM solutions using any enterprise MDM tool (Oracle, Informatica, SAP MDG, TIBCO, etc.).
  
• Develop data profiling, cleansing, and standardization processes.
  
• Integrate master data solutions with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
  
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define master data entities and workflows.
  
• Build and maintain data models for customer, product, supplier, and other core domains.
  
• Write optimized SQL queries for data transformation and validation.
  
• Support data governance and stewardship activities to ensure master data integrity.
  

Required Skills:

• 710 years of experience in enterprise data management or data engineering roles.
  
• Strong expertise in

  any leading MDM platform

  (Oracle MDM preferred).
• Proficiency in

  SQL

  for data analysis and transformation.
• Solid programming skills in

  Python

  for automation and custom scripting.
• Experience with

  API development and integration

  (REST, SOAP).
• Deep understanding of

  data quality principles

  , profiling tools, and standardization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with

  Oracle Customer Hub

  or

  Oracle Product Hub

  .
• Familiarity with

  data governance frameworks

  data stewardship tools

• Knowledge of cloud-based MDM solutions or modern data platforms.
