Marketplace Manager – Ayurveda E-commerce Division

Company Overview:
We are a growing Ayurvedic healthcare company specializing in natural remedies for weight loss, diabetes, blood pressure, and other lifestyle-related health concerns. We are seeking a Marketplace Executive with prior experience in managing e-commerce operations specifically in the Ayurveda, healthcare, or wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across various online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) focused on Ayurvedic/healthcare products.

· Prepare and maintain product catalogues with detailed and SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing, and images.

· Run and optimize Amazon Ads to achieve high visibility with a low ACoS.

· Regularly update and enhance existing listings to boost organic reach and conversions.

· Ensure accurate listing of products with correct data, specifications, and images.

· Handle bulk sheet uploads and resolve listing errors efficiently.

· Monitor and improve daily sales performance, return rates, customer queries, reviews, and feedback.

· Strategically manage buyer messages, refunds, claims, and account health.

· Conduct competitor analysis on similar Ayurveda/wellness products and share actionable insights to drive revenue growth.

· Maintain high service quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Monitor reviews and ratings, and implement strategies to improve product credibility.

· Collaborate with internal teams for product promotions, new launches, and seasonal campaigns.

Candidate Requirements:

· Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in managing marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc., specifically in Ayurveda, wellness, or healthcare domains.

· Strong understanding of e-commerce performance metrics, catalog management, and advertising strategies.

· Excellent communication and analytical skills.

· Proficiency in using bulk upload sheets and troubleshooting listing issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
