Monitor customer reviews, respond to inquiries, and implement engagement strategies. Generate reports on listing performance, ad spend, and conversion rates. Stay updated on marketplace algorithms, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance.We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Marketplace Listing & PPC Expert to optimize our brand presence across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate will manage product listings, run effective PPC campaigns, and enhance our brand store to drive traffic, maximize sales, and improve the overall customer experience. Candidates should be Delhi NCR based.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon, Zalora, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Walmart, and other marketplaces.
• Develop SEO-driven content, including product titles, descriptions, images, and A+ content.
• Oversee and improve marketplace PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels across all platforms to prevent stock-outs and overstocking.
• Analyze sales trends and marketplace data to refine listing strategies.
• Conduct competitor analysis to improve product positioning and pricing.
• Enhance marketplace storefronts with visually appealing designs and engaging content.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing listings, PPC campaigns, and brand stores on Amazon and other platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and multi-channel e-commerce.
• Proficiency in analytics tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
• Proven success in optimizing PPC campaigns and reducing ACoS.
• 1+ years of experience managing inventory and stock levels.
• 2+ years of experience listing on Shopify, TikTok Shop, Zalora, Lazada, Walmart, and other marketplaces.
