Marketplace Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

• Plan, build, and execute paid ad campaigns on Amazon (SP, SB, SD), Flipkart PLA & Myntra Ads Manager.

Performance Optimization:

• Monitor and optimize campaigns for ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics.

Keyword & ASIN Targeting:

• Perform keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and ASIN targeting for Amazon ads.

Product-Level Budgeting:

• Strategically allocate ad budgets across product categories, lifecycle stages, and promotions.

Marketplace Analytics:

• Analyze campaign data, platform insights, and consumer behavior to identify growth levers.

Event/Seasonal Planning:

• Prepare advertising calendars for mega sales like BBD, Prime Day, Rakhi, Diwali, etc.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Work with internal teams like sales, design, and catalog to align campaign goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

• ✅ Minimum 4 years hands-on experience managing ads on

  Amazon Seller Central

  Flipkart Ads

  Myntra Partner Ads

• ✅ Proficient in campaign types:

  SP, SB, SD

  (Amazon),

  PLA

  (Flipkart),

  Display & Search

  (Myntra).
• ✅ Strong knowledge of bidding strategies, keyword targeting, and campaign segmentation.
• ✅ Analytical mindset with expertise in tools like Amazon Brand Analytics, Flipkart Insights, Myntra dashboards.
• ✅ Hands-on experience in managing monthly ad budgets of ₹15L+.
