Marketing Trainee (US Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating marketing assets with a strong focus on content development and social media messaging.
  
• Conduct research to identify content trends, audience preferences, and growth opportunities across digital platforms.
  
• Support the management of social media channels and actively engage with the online community.
  
• Help plan, organize, and execute social-media-led campaigns and content-driven marketing initiatives.
  
• Work closely with the team to shape and implement effective content and social media strategies.
  
• Write engaging, high-quality content for websites, blogs, and all social media platforms.
  
• Research potential influencers and assist in building and maintaining influencer partnerships.
  
• Support the execution of paid social media campaigns and other digital advertising initiatives.
  
• Track and analyze social media and content performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements :

• Completed Masters degree program

  in Marketing

  with a minimum of

  60% throughout

  (10th, 12th, Graduation, and Post-Graduation).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;

  good command of Excel is an added advantage

  .
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and current digital trends.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a creative mindset suitable for content and social media tasks.
