Wee looking for a Creative Social Media & DesignStrategist \someone who can plan smart, engaging content strategies whilealso creating visuals that stand out. If youre a creative thinker whounderstands both the why and how of digital content, and you have agreat eye for design, we want to hear from you.
What You\ll Do

Own and manage contentcalendars across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more

Design high\-impact visualcontent: static posts, carousels, stories, and social ads

Write platform\-specificcaptions and post copy that reflects our brand voice

Collaborate with marketing andproduct teams on campaign concepts

Monitor social trends andsuggest content opportunities

Analyze content performance andtweak strategies based on results

Requirements What Wee Looking For

1\-2 years of experience insocial media content strategy and visual design

Proficiency in Canva and Adobetools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

Strong understanding of socialmedia platforms, trends, and content formats

Great visual storytelling andbranding instincts

Ability to work independentlyand manage deadlines

A portfolio showcasing socialmedia designs and campaigns

Nice to Have

Basic motion design or videoediting skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)

Experience creating reels orshort\-form videos

Familiarity with tools likeFigma, Lottie, RunwayML, or Lumen5

Worked in a startup orfast\-paced marketing environment
