Job Description

Role Overview: As a Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for thinking strategically, executing fast, and leading a growing team across digital, content, performance, and brand marketing. Your role will involve owning and executing marketing strategies across key brands and verticals, leading a cross-functional team, overseeing campaign planning, content calendars, media spends, and reporting, reviewing and improving creative performance, managing client communication, and working closely with founders on positioning, product launches, and growth strategies. You will be using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Notion, and Asana to track progress and coordinate across the team. Key Responsibilities: - Own and execute marketing strategies across key brands and verticals - Lead a cross-functional team including design, copy, strategy, and performance - Oversee campaign planning, content calendars, media spends, and reporting - Review and improve creative performance such as social posts, ads, emails, etc. - Manage client communication and present insights, decks, and reports - Work closely with founders on positioning, product launches, and growth strategies - Use tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Notion, and Asana to track progress and coordinate across the team Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in marketing (agency/startup/brand side) - Strong leadership and project management skills - Hands-on knowledge of content, paid media, and digital growth - An eye for design and instinct for copy - Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads, GA4, Notion, Zoho CRM, and campaign tracking sheets - Experience handling clients and reporting with confidence - Bonus: Comfort working with performance teams and reading creative metrics Note: You will work across exciting brands in D2C, wellness, SaaS, lifestyle, and more. You will have ownership, autonomy, and a direct impact on growth. Additionally, you will build and lead a marketing team, not just execute tasks.
