Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist located in Bhilai. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for communication, market research, sales, marketing strategy, and customer service. Role and Responsibilities (A)Revenue Generation : 1.New Business Development: 2.Customer Retention Revenue: (B) Ensure to achieve given gross profit margin on all sales deals. (C) Customer Management 1.Customer Retention: 2.Customer Acquisition: 3.Customer/New Product Development: (D) Coordination for payment collection (E) Coordination for Dispatch & Billing Skills: Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy Sales skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Ceramic engineering/Metallurgy and/or MBA in Marketing with Refractory Industry experience.
