Job Description

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will work closely with Product, Campaign Managers, and Events Marketing teams to plan and implement various marketing projects. Your role will involve being a proficient user of Marketo tool, executing email programs, ensuring data quality, and accurate campaign flows. Your key responsibilities will include: - Serving as a power user of Marketo tool to execute email programs efficiently and maintain data quality - Collaborating with Events/Demand Gen teams to create functional campaigns within marketing automation and CRM systems - Ensuring all programs adhere to best practices to avoid prospect/customer fatigue - Maintaining data hygiene standards by importing, exporting, updating, and cleansing data - Facilitating email development projects by working with Marketing team members on content sourcing, graphic design, and web-related development - Building smart lists and segmentations at an expert level - Developing and executing lead nurture campaigns using Marketo emails, landing pages, and automation flows - Providing documentation and training to end users to support them effectively Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related subject - 2-3 years of experience in relevant marketing data analysis, including Marketo or other Marketing Automation Tool experience - Hands-on experience with Marketo is mandatory, and Marketo Certification will be a plus - Solid experience with HTML and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) - Exceptional communication and project management abilities to handle complex priorities - Strong understanding of reporting metrics in email marketing - Working knowledge of tools like ASANA, 6sense, BrightTALK, and Stripo would be a plus Join a dynamic team where innovation and teamwork drive the most exciting marketing missions.,
