Compensation: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month (DOE) + additional incentives up to 25% based on closures/targets

Role Summary

Own marketing outreach and end-to-end sales (closing) for FERObill ERP in Bengaluru—from prospecting and demos to negotiation and closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute weekly outreach (calls, WhatsApp/email, field visits) to generate qualified leads.
• Deliver tailored product demos (virtual & in-person).
• Negotiate and close opportunities; prepare proposals and commercials.
• Meet daily activity and monthly revenue/closure targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM data; share forecasts and reports.
• Build relationships with SMBs (printing, packaging, signage, manufacturing, etc.).
• Share market and competitor insights with the team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
• 1+ year in B2B sales (SaaS/ERP preferred). Freshers and MBA (Marketing) also welcome.
• Excellent communication in Malayalam and English (both mandatory).
• Confident with field sales across Bengaluru; strong negotiation & closing skills.
• Proficient with MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
