Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for managing and growing our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in content creation, social media handling, SEO, while also supporting brand visibility across Instagram and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook Management:
• Manage and monitor Instagram and other relevant platforms to maintain consistent brand presence.
• Track analytics, engagement, and performance to optimize content strategy

• Stay updated on latest trends in B2B and B2C social media marketing.

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging posts (company updates, industry insights, thought leadership content).
• Build and engage with a professional community to increase visibility and credibility.
• Content Creation & Writing:
• Create compelling content(posts, articles, captions, graphics briefs, and campaign messaging) tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with the leadership team for thought leadership posts and company updates.
• Write content that reflects our expertise .
• Branding & Campaigns:
• Assist in digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Support SEO and website content initiatives

Manage Google Ads to generate leads

• Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience in LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook Management:
• Strong skills in content creation and content writing.
• Experience in handling Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to derive insights.
• Excellent communication skills with a creative and strategic mindset.
