3-6 years of experience in Defence/ Armed ForcesStrong understanding of defence and Armed Forces market dynamics.Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Defence Sector.Develop both short-term and long-term business strategies.Incorporate customer feedback into product and business development.Develop marketing materials, processes, and systems.Market and sell defence-customized products and stationary power plants.Good knowledge of local areas and market dynamics, Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Job Responsibilities:Proven experience in Defence sector sales & marketingExpertise in tendering (RFI, RFP, EOI, bidding) and e-procurement portalsStrong skills in business development and stakeholder managementAbility to create and execute business plans for Defence and Power Plant segmentsProficiency in technical presentations and proposal writingParticipation in national exhibitions/events to generate leadsCapable of managing order closures and ensuring project payment follow-up
Preferred Candidate:From Defence and Armed ForcesMust have a knowledge in Defence and Armed Forces
Candidates Should have the knowledge on Defence and Armed Forces industry background, Defence Tendering & Procurement Expertise, Business Development & Stakeholder Management, Marketing Strategy & Technical Presentation Skills.
