CAMX FILMS is a cutting-edge Acting & Multimedia Academy and a full-fledged production house offering a wide range of services in digital content creation, filmmaking, and digital marketing. Our core verticals include Web Development, Podcast Creation, Social Media Management, Video & Ad Shoots, Corporate Films, Branding, and end-to-end Production Solutions.

We are now expanding our client base and looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive who can sell our services to businesses, creators, and brands.

Job Overview:

As a Marketing & Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching CAMX FILMS’ digital and production services, building strong relationships, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach new leads for digital marketing and production services.
  • Promote services including:
  • Web Development
  • Social Media Marketing & Management
  • Video Production (Ads, Corporate Videos, Reels, etc.)
  • Podcast Production
  • Photography, Studio Shoots, Short Films
  • Influencer Marketing
  • Brand Campaigns
  • Convert leads into paying clients through persuasive proposals, demos, or presentations.
  • Develop B2B and B2C sales strategies to expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Content, Video, Web) to ensure project feasibility and alignment.
  • Represent CAMX FILMS in networking events, online forums, and meetings to generate inbound/outbound leads.
  • Maintain client relationships and upsell additional services.
  • Track and report sales metrics regularly to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in Sales/Business Development in digital marketing or media production domains.
  • Understanding of Digital Services Landscape – websites, SEO, social media, video content, and branding.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create custom proposals and pitch decks tailored to client needs.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead management.
  • Fluent in English & Hindi; regional language is a plus.
  • Goal-driven with a passion for marketing, media, and client servicing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in selling to brands, startups, corporates, or influencers.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
