Job Description

Responsibilities: Technical Sales & Business Development: Conduct in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to their specific needs. Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations. Marketing & Product Promotion: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products/services. Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events. Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities. Provide feedback on product development and improvement based on customer interactions. Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships throughout the entire sales cycle. Provide ongoing technical support and after-sales service to clients. Resolve customer inquiries and address any concerns promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Track sales performance against targets and prepare regular sales reports. Analyze market trends and identify potential challenges and opportunities. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and forecasts.
