Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution


  • Develop and implement marketing plans to drive brand positioning and sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to create compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.

Content & Communications


  • Create high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
  • Manage corporate branding and messaging to maintain a strong market presence.

Lead Generation & Sales Support


  • Drive lead generation through targeted marketing campaigns and industry events.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Manage CRM tools and track marketing campaign performance to optimize strategies.

Event & Trade Show Management


  • Plan and coordinate participation in industry conferences, exhibitions, and webinars.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers at events.
  • Ensure maximum brand visibility and lead generation from events.

Analytics & Performance Tracking


  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data-driven insights.
  • Report key marketing metrics and recommend improvements based on performance.
  • Optimize marketing strategies to enhance ROI and customer engagement.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    [Specify required experience, e.g., 2-5 years] in B2B marketing, preferably in the semiconductor, electronics, or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor products, applications, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of semiconductor industry players, supply chain, and market dynamics.
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, LinkedIn marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
