**Role Overview:** As a Business Development Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development in the electronics/IT solutions domain. Your responsibilities will include working with a range of technologies and market transitions, leading teams, building organizational and brand presence, and developing key sales and marketing initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work with Electronics/IT Solution Provider Company and focus on data logging/monitoring solutions. - Handle RTUs, PLCs, and Servers to meet client requirements. - Independently lead teams to achieve desired results. - Understand the business landscape, including technology and market shifts. - Build organizational and brand presence in the corporate sector. - Develop proposals, agreements, and pitches for clients. - Conduct prospecting, research, and lead generation activities. - Plan and execute key sales and marketing programs. - Drive portfolio marketing campaigns and exhibitions. **Qualifications Required:** - Educational Qualification: BE in Electronics/Telecommunication/Instrumentation/IT/CS or BE + MBA (Marketing). - Professional Experience: 0-3 years in a similar role. **Additional Details:** - The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator, a strong leader, and motivator. - Strong understanding of the IT solutions industry is required. - Proficiency in negotiation, analytics, and customer presentation. - Good skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. - Ability to handle ambiguity and influence across organizations. - Strong business acumen, customer-centric approach, and focus on results. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. **Role Overview:** As a Business Development Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development in the electronics/IT solutions domain.
