As a Business Development Executive at our company, your role will involve working with Electronics/IT Solution Provider Company and specializing in data logging/monitoring solutions. You will need to have exposure to RTUs, PLCs, Servers and be able to work independently while also leading teams towards desired results. Your responsibilities will include developing proposals, agreements, and pitches for clients, prospecting, conducting research, and generating leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for go-to-market planning, as well as the development and execution of key sales and marketing programs and initiatives. Your role will also entail creating and driving portfolio marketing campaigns and exhibitions. Key Responsibilities: - Work with Electronics/IT Solution Provider Company and focus on data logging/monitoring solutions - Develop proposals, agreements, and pitches for clients - Conduct prospecting, research, and lead generation - Plan and execute key sales/marketing programs and initiatives - Create and drive portfolio marketing campaigns and exhibitions Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: BE in Electronics/Telecommunication/Instrumentation, IT, CS or BE + MBA (Marketing) - Professional Experience: 0-3 years - Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills - Understanding of the IT solutions industry - Negotiation, analytical, and customer presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel - Ability to deal with ambiguity and influence across organizations - Strong business acumen and focus on customer experience - Team player with a drive for results,
