Role Overview: With 4 years of relevant experience in marketing claims review, administration, or product data management, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and regulatory alignment of marketing claims. As a Marketing Claims Analyst/Admin, you will collaborate with legal, compliance, and marketing teams to uphold industry standards and maintain documentation. Additionally, you will support administrative tasks and update marketing content based on validated claims. As a Product Information Systems Analyst, you will manage product data within internal systems, focusing on completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will maintain product attributes, specifications, and documentation. Your role will involve optimizing workflows, assisting in system updates and troubleshooting, as well as generating reports to aid business decisions related to product information. Key Responsibilities: - Review and validate marketing claims for accuracy, compliance, and regulatory alignment - Collaborate with legal, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure claims meet industry standards - Maintain documentation and audit records related to marketing claims - Support administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and tracking claim approvals - Assist in updating marketing content across various platforms based on validated claims - Manage product data within internal systems, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency - Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain product attributes, specifications, and documentation - Optimize workflows and data processes to improve efficiency and minimize errors - Assist in system updates, integrations, and troubleshooting - Generate reports and insights to support business decisions related to product information Qualifications Required: - 4 years of relevant experience in marketing claims review, administration, or product data management - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail - Proficiency in managing data within product information systems (PIM, ERP, or other relevant tools) - Familiarity with marketing compliance standards and regulatory requirements - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Additional Details: The company requires you to be available for calls until 12 noon CST (10:30 PM IST in the summer months, 11:30 PM IST in the winter months) every day to engage with business stakeholders.,
