Marketing Operation Associate

As a Marketing Operations Associate at Stellarix, your primary role will involve maintaining the cleanliness and accuracy of marketing databases. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring data hygiene by cleaning, de-duplicating, and enriching marketing databases. - Managing segmentation, audience lists, and performing list building for selected accounts. - Utilizing sales intelligence tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, etc. - Understanding the campaign lifecycle and lead funnel. - Analyzing data issues to prepare them for campaigns. - Expertise in using Excel, Google Sheets, working on formulas, and pivot tables. - Working with large datasets and ensuring their cleanliness. - Setting up and maintaining tracking (UTMs, conversion goals). - Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and communicating efficiently. - Standardizing campaign processes, naming conventions, and conducting quality checks before launch. - Maintaining marketing calendars and ensuring on-time delivery of campaigns. - Having experience with SQL, Python, analytical tools, and HubSpot Marketing Hub is a plus. - Showing interest in working with new age marketing tech stack or generative AI tools. In your role, you will be dealing with complex data structures and various buyer personas. Understanding data fields and providing recommendations for better data structuring will be crucial for success in this position.,
