Job Responsibilities

· Promote and market Vastu Vihar’s residential projects within the assigned region.

· Generate and manage leads through field visits, digital campaigns, and local marketing activities.

· Build strong customer relationships and ensure smooth coordination during booking and documentation.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue collection set by the company.

· Coordinate with branch and corporate teams for approvals, reports, and marketing support.

· Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and follow-ups to ensure conversions.

· Participate in local promotional events and exhibitions.

Required Skills & Attributes

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet targets.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Customer-focused and result-oriented attitude.

· Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Eligibility

Qualification: MBA in Marketing or equivalent.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.

Language Preference: Hindi and regional language fluency; English communication is an added advantage.
