Role Overview

School Outreach & Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities

• School Outreach & Relationship Building

• Visit +2 schools (CBSE, ICSE, State boards) to present ISAT Academy’s programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, career counsellors, and teachers.
• Organize school-level seminars, workshops, and career fairs.

• Marketing & Promotion

• Conduct presentations to students and parents on UWS-affiliated and Indian university programs (BSc Computer Science, BSc Business Administration, Journalism, BCA in AI).
• Distribute brochures, flyers, and marketing material during visits.
• Collaborate with marketing team for local campaigns (print, digital, and social).

• Admissions Support

• Generate leads through school outreach, fairs, and events.
• Follow up with interested students/parents until conversion.
• Support admissions team in achieving yearly intake targets.

• Event Coordination

• Coordinate ISAT Academy’s participation in 

  education expos, career fairs, and university events

  .
• Organize campus visits for schools and parent groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Marketing/Education Management preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in 

  education marketing, admissions, or student recruitment

  .
• Strong presentation, communication, and networking skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for school visits.
• Ability to build trust with parents and students through 

  clear career guidance messaging

  .

Desired Skills

• Background in 

  international education / study abroad counseling

   is a plus.
• Confident speaker with ability to engage large groups of students.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field marketing.
• Proficiency in English + local language(s).
