Job Opportunity: Marketing Officer (Full-time, Remote)

We are looking for a Marketing Officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, creative design, and helping businesses grow their online presence. You will be managing multiple client accounts, creating engaging content, and ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Social media management and content creation

• Manage and grow client presence across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Create monthly social media content and respond to ad hoc client requests, ensuring all work is delivered within agreed deadlines.

• Boost and promote posts on social media to maximise reach and visibility.

Engagement and growth outcomes

• Implement strategies to increase engagement, followers, and page performance.

• Support clients with insights and ideas to help them build stronger communities online.

Google Business Profile (GBP) optimisation and review management

• Apply GBP optimisation best practices to improve local search visibility.

• Manage and respond to Google reviews in a timely and professional manner.

Creative design and tools

• Use tools such as Canva or equivalent editing and design software to create professional, branded content.

Requirements

Experience and knowledge

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.

• Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.

• Familiarity with boosting and promoting posts to achieve results.

• Understanding of social media growth strategies.

Skills and competencies

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Tools and creativity

• Skilled in Canva or similar design tools with a good eye for creative presentation.

Working Hours

• Full-time role

• Monday to Friday

• 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (remote)
