Position: Marketing Officer for Retail Jewelry Business of Muliya Group Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years in Retail Jewelry Business or Organized Retail Trade Posting Location: Manipal Centre, Dickenson Road, MG Road, Bengaluru (subject to need-based traveling) Reporting To: Functionally: Marketing Head & CMD Coordination With: Brand & Marketing Consultant Broad Objectives of the Position: Oversee Muliya Group's business marketing operations. Strengthen marketing, branding, and business expansion efforts Build and implement end-to-end marketing strategies. Align branding and marketing efforts Develop and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives. Enhance customer engagement, public relations, and event execution. Key Responsibilities (KRAs) 1. Marketing Strategy & Implementation Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan Plan and implement advertising campaigns across digital, print, and traditional media. Conduct consumer research and market analysis for brand positioning. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. 2. Advertising & Public Relations Coordinate advertising activities with media houses. Build and maintain strong media relations for brand exposure. Plan and execute CSR activities and sponsorship programs. Monitor ad spend and ROI on various platforms. 3. Event Planning & Execution Organize product launches, festive campaigns, and showroom events. Execute in-store and outdoor promotional activities. Plan and conduct customer loyalty programs, exclusive previews, and VIP events. 4. Team Coordination & Leadership Coordinate with Showroom Managers and Sales teams for business alignment. Conduct training sessions on sales, branding, and customer handling. 5. Budgeting & Reporting Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively. Ensure cost efficiency in advertising, promotions, and events. Prepare and submit monthly performance reports to the Marketing Head & CMD and Brand Consultant. 6. Compliance & Brand Standards Ensure adherence to marketing and branding guidelines Maintain consistency in visual merchandising and store ambiance as per brand standards.
