Job Description

VDP Food is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Food Division, with a strong emphasis on marketing, customer relationship management, client follow-ups, business development, and kitchen operations oversight. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day marketing and sales operations for the food and kitchen division Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Develop and implement business growth strategies Lead client follow-ups and ensure high levels of client satisfaction Work closely with operations and production teams to meet targets Monitor and manage kitchen operations and ensure quality/hygiene standards Candidate Requirements: 4–5 years of experience in Hotel Management / Hospitality / F&B industry Proven background in marketing, customer service, and business development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills MBA or Hotel Management degree highly preferred Strong leadership skills with a self-motivated and result-driven mindset Languages Required: Fluent in English, Tamil, and any regional language.
