Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating TRU Dwellings brand identity across all channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance brand awareness, reputation, and engagement with high-net-worth individuals in the IT sector and other target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand communication strategies aligned with TRU Dwellings vision and business goals with Agencies.
• Oversee all internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency and clarity.
• Manage end-to-end content creation and execution across digital, print, and event channelsincluding website, social media, press releases, and marketing collateralsin collaboration with the Agency.
• Collaborate with sales, civil, architect and agency to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.
• Monitor brand perception and market trends; conduct competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Plan and execute PR initiatives, media relations, and influencer partnerships to increase brand visibility with the help of Agency.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication campaigns and adjust tactics as needed.
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all touchpoints reflect TRU Dwellings values of quality, innovation, sustainability, ORM, vendor coordination, facilitate vendor approvals and timely payment reminders.
• Measure and ensure that Campaigns are effective as per target deliverables and within budget.
• Measure ROI and implement efficient marketing Campaigns (both Online/Offline).
• Maintain records of vendors, payment records, Campaign history and platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand management, communications, or related roles (real estate or premium/luxury brands preferred).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, and PR strategy.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives independently.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and excellence.
