Job Description

As a Marketing Manager at our company, you will be responsible for the business delivery from the assigned set of schools/colleges. Your role will involve generating and submitting complete team reports, collecting and analyzing market research data, and organizing advertising/communication campaigns. You will also arrange seminars, conduct scholarship tests in schools/colleges, and compile a database. Providing pre-sales and post-sales service to schools/colleges and students will be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring campaign progress using various metrics and submitting performance reports will also be key tasks. Additionally, you will be expected to conceive and develop efficient marketing strategies for marketing and business development in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: - Business delivery from assigned schools/colleges - Collecting and analyzing market research data - Organizing and overseeing advertising/communication campaigns - Arranging seminars and conducting scholarship tests - Providing pre-sales and post-sales service to schools/colleges and students - Monitoring campaign progress using metrics - Developing marketing strategies for the assigned territory Qualifications Required: - Education: MBA/BBA/BCOM - Experience: 0-5 years - Competencies: - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative - Fluent in English - Local area knowledge - Good at networking What we offer: A good work environment where you can thrive and grow professionally.
