e-commerce marketplace startup

mid-senior level Marketing Manager

Role & Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize
marketing campaigns
across digital channels (social media, paid ads, email, influencer, SEO).
Drive
vendor acquisition campaigns
and
consumer growth campaigns
.
Build and maintain
brand positioning
in Malta’s e-commerce space.
Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of
marketing interns
.
Work closely with the product and operations team to align marketing with business goals.
Analyze performance metrics and
report on campaign effectiveness
.
Bring fresh ideas for
community-driven marketing
and partnerships.

Who We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience
in marketing, with proven success in
e-commerce or marketplace platforms
.
Strong hands-on knowledge of
digital marketing tools
(Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing).
Ability to
strategize, but also execute
with limited resources.
Experience managing
junior team members/interns
.
Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with a
“get things done”
attitude.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work
independently in a remote setup
.
