As a Marketing Manager, you’ll own Pathfinder’s market narrative and demand engine. You’ll turn frameworks and case work into stories people want to relate to, design growth loops across channels, and convert attention into qualified conversations.

Required Candidate profile

Have 3–5 years in startup growth or B2B marketing, with proof that content and campaigns drive the pipeline. Are fluent with LinkedIn, email platforms, CMS, and analytics dashboards.
