Role Overview: We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can strategize and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and student engagement across both digital and offline platforms. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns combining digital and traditional approaches. Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and WhatsApp campaigns to maximize reach and conversions. Organize offline promotional events including school/college seminars, education fairs, and brand activations. Oversee creation of branding and communication materials like brochures, creatives, and promotional videos. Analyze campaign performance metrics and student behavior trends to optimize marketing ROI. Collaborate with sales, academic, and operations teams to ensure marketing alignment with business goals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field . 2-4years of proven experience in sales and marketing , preferably in EdTech, Aviation, or Overseas Education. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver on revenue-focused KPIs. Strong digital marketing expertise: Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, SEO, and CRM tools . Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills . Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
