The Role:

As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead our social media strategy and oversee a creative team of graphic designer and video editor. This is a hands-on position for a social media expert who excels in campaign execution, team guidance, and delivering measurable results. Work closely with leadership to elevate our brand globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute high-impact social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, including content planning, ad management, and performance optimization.
• Manage and mentor a team.
• Analyse campaign data relevant tools to refine strategies and drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams on multi-channel marketing (digital, email, website, events, offline) to maintain consistent branding and innovative ideas.
• Brainstorm out-of-the-box concepts to boost brand visibility, audience growth, and ROI.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–4 years of proven experience in social media marketing, including running successful campaigns and managing ad budgets.
• Expertise in guiding creative teams and refine their output.
• A relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, with a confident, proactive personality.
• Strong leadership qualities: ability to influence, motivate, and problem-solve in a collaborative setting.
• Proficiency in analytics and data-driven decision-making.
