Role & responsibilities 1. Strategic Marketing Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the metal industry, focusing on product promotion, market penetration, and customer acquisition. Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. 2. Product Positioning and Branding: Define and communicate the unique value propositions of our metal products, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs. Oversee brand management efforts to maintain a strong and consistent brand presence across all marketing channels. 3. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, trade shows, and industry events. Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize effectiveness and ROI. 4. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty within the metal industry. Collaborate with sales teams to identify key customer segments and tailor marketing efforts to meet their specific needs. 5. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with product development, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and product launches. Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. 6. Industry Networking and Representation: Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships and promote our brand. Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and technological advancements to inform marketing strategies. 7. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
