Job Title:

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute
offline marketing activities
including events, print media, outdoor campaigns, and branding initiatives.
Coordinate with
vendors, agencies, and consultants
to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of marketing deliverables.
Manage end-to-end
consultant communication
providing briefs, ensuring alignment, and conducting regular follow-ups.
Track, analyze, and maintain detailed records of
campaign performance
and consultant outcomes.
Ensure strict adherence to
brand guidelines
and quality standards across all offline marketing channels.
Support management in strategizing and driving marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

Key Skills Required:

Strong expertise in
Offline Marketing
(events, branding, print, outdoor).
Proven ability to manage
consultant and vendor coordination
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced real estate environment
.

Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (Real Estate industry preferred).
