What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a dynamic
Marketing Manager
who can drive visibility, thought leadership, and business growth through integrated marketing strategies. This role requires a balance of creative thinking, executional excellence, and performance-driven decision-making across brand, digital, and lead-gen campaigns.
What You&aposll Do
- Growth Marketing & Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and boost pipeline. Own funnel optimization and marketing ROI.
- Social media & Content Strategy: Lead content calendar planning and social media growth (LinkedIn focus), increasing engagement and follower base organically.
- Branding & Recognition: Build brand equity through award nominations, PR, recognition, and strategic partnerships. Ensure a consistent brand voice across platforms.
- SEO & Web Presence: Oversee website content, SEO strategy, and landing page performance. Collaborate with designers and development team to improve discoverability and experience.
- Lead Funnels: Create and manage lead capture flows, gated content strategies, and CRM integration for nurturing and conversion.
- Event Marketing Strategy: Identify and manage in-house webinars, industry conferences, and thought leadership events for brand visibility and lead generation.
- Market Positioning: Develop thought leadership and messaging aligned with business priorities and US pharma industry trends.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs across campaigns, content, and channels; derive insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
Must Have
- 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in consulting, tech, or healthcare/life sciences sectors.
- Strong command over growth marketing, performance campaigns, and content-led engagement.
- Demonstrated success in social media growth (especially LinkedIn), brand building, and award submissions.
- Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and campaign reporting dashboards.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and creative brief development skills.
- Added advantage: Familiarity with the US pharmaceutical and life sciences landscape.
