Description

The Marketing Manager will lead the end-to-end marketing function, including lead generation, campaign performance, account growth, and marketing technology enablement. This role plays a critical part in driving overall business growth and shaping strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Define and lead global marketing strategy aligned with company vision and business objectives.
  • Own integrated service definition, go-to-market planning, and creation of new business opportunities.
  • Take full ownership of the marketing function's P&L to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design presales strategies, cross-sell/upsell initiatives, and service integration models.

2. Marketing Operations & Technology

  • Implement and manage marketing tools, platforms, and automation systems in collaboration with revenue and sales operations teams.
  • Establish best practices in data governance, campaign tracking, CRM management, and reporting.
  • Lead marketing automation initiatives using platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, and CRMs (preferably Salesforce/ SFMC).

3. Analytics & Performance Management

  • Track, analyze, and optimize performance of lead generation, nurturing, and sales funnel development programs.
  • Develop marketing data strategies focused on customer segmentation, data hygiene, and enrichment using platforms like ZoomInfo and Ringlead.
  • Provide regular reporting on ROI, customer acquisition, retention, and overall campaign effectiveness.

4. Team Management & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Work closely across geographies and functions, aligning efforts with sales, product, and business leadership teams.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience:

    Minimum 7+ years in B2B marketing, with proven expertise in managing large-scale digital or integrated marketing solutions for global and India-based clients.
  • Technical Skills:

    Strong experience with CRM strategy, marketing automation, and revenue-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Leadership:

    Demonstrated success in account growth, presales support, and scaling services in a senior leadership role.
  • Tools Knowledge:

    In-depth familiarity with marketing technologies such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce (preferably SFMC), ZoomInfo, and Ringlead.
  • Analytical Skills:

    Strong data-driven mindset with a hands-on approach to solving strategic and operational marketing challenges.
  • Industry Preference:

    Experience in SaaS or technology-led services/solutions is highly preferred.
  • Collaboration:

    Highly collaborative with strong cultural awareness and ability to work across regions and functions.
  • Communication:

    Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling capabilities.
