Job Description

🔧 Core ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing plans for Syona and Mindstar events. Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp promotions). Plan monthly content calendars, captions, and ad campaigns. Coordinate graphic design, photography, and video shoots for marketing. Run paid promotions and track campaign performance (Meta Ads, Google). Manage Google Business, SEO, and reviews. Create and distribute emailers, WhatsApp broadcasts, and event invites. Update offers, posters, and digital menus for café promotions. Coordinate with vendors for print materials, banners, glow signs, etc. Handle press releases, basic PR coordination, and influencer tie-ups. Assist in budget planning and report generation for campaigns. 💡 Required Skill SetDigital marketing & campaign planning Social media management (Meta tools, Canva, Reels, Ads) Creative copywriting and content planning Brand communication and storytelling Basic photography/video editing Coordination & multitasking ability Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite
