Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Manager – Institutional Alliances to drive institutional collaborations, expand outreach, and strengthen our presence in the education ecosystem. This is a pivotal role that requires an enterprising leader who can independently plan and execute marketing strategies, build strong relationships with schools and colleges, and align activities with the vision and philosophy of T.I.M.E. Thrissur.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage institutional alliances with schools and colleges across Thrissur and nearby regions.Plan, organize, and execute seminars, workshops, and student-centric engagement programs in partner institutions.Drive brand-building activities aligned with the test-preparation industry and the ethos of T.I.M.E. Thrissur.Identify, conceptualize, and implement marketing initiatives to boost student enrolments and strengthen the top line.Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in educational institutions.Lead local marketing campaigns, events, and outreach activities independently with minimal supervision.Display thought leadership by bringing in innovative strategies for student engagement and institutional growth.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and achieve business objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing / Sales, preferably in the education or training industry.Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing is a plus.Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.Proven track record of handling institutional alliances and marketing activities independently.Student-centric mindset with a passion for creating impact in the education sector.Candidates based in and around Thrissur only need to apply.
