Marketing Manager I

As a Marketing Manager I (IC) at Arrow Electronics, Inc., your main focus will be on planning, developing, and managing content to achieve specific business goals. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the content aligns with the brand's voice, audience needs, and overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate for this role will be a creative and analytical Content Strategist who can develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and support business objectives across various channels such as email, performance marketing, website, and other platforms. Key Responsibilities: - **Content Strategy Development:** Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and audience needs. Conduct research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Define content goals, KPIs, and success metrics. - **Content Creation and Management:** Plan, create, and oversee the production of content across different channels and formats. Ensure consistency with the brand voice, style, and tone. Manage editorial calendars for timely content delivery. - **SEO and Optimization:** Optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and traffic. Utilize analytics tools to track content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. - **Collaboration and Communication:** Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content aligns with broader campaigns and initiatives. Coordinate with external writers, designers, and agencies as needed. - **Audience Engagement:** Develop strategies to engage and grow the audience across digital platforms. Monitor audience feedback and adjust content strategies accordingly. - **Content Governance:** Establish guidelines for content creation, including tone, style, and formatting. Ensure all content adheres to legal and ethical standards. Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with proven experience as a Content Strategist or similar role, a strong understanding of content marketing principles, excellent writing and editing skills, familiarity with SEO and analytics tools, experience with content management systems like WordPress, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred skills include knowledge of UX/UI principles, social media management, graphic design or video editing skills, and familiarity with marketing automation tools.
