Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for heavy fabrication and infrastructure projects.
  • Identify target industries such as power plants, cement plants, refineries, steel plants, EPC contractors, government bodies, and infrastructure developers.
  • Prepare annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Study market trends, competitors, and pricing structures in heavy fabrication.

2. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify new business opportunities, tenders, and project leads (government & private).
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, EPC contractors, consultants, and PMC firms.
  • Conduct regular client visits, project site visits, and technical meetings.
  • Generate enquiries for fabrication works such as:
  • Structural steel fabrication
  • Heavy equipment fabrication
  • Industrial sheds & platforms
  • Infrastructure & EPC fabrication support

3. Tendering & Proposal Support

  • Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and planning teams for tender submissions.
  • Assist in preparing techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates.
  • Ensure timely submission of RFQs, tenders, and bids.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings, negotiations, and clarifications.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as the single point of contact for key accounts.
  • Address client concerns, feedback, and post-order coordination.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

5. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead, guide, and monitor the marketing executives and field staff.
  • Assign targets, review performance, and provide on-the-job training.
  • Ensure timely submission of Daily Visit Reports (DVRs), CRM updates, and MIS reports.
  • Motivate the team to achieve sales and enquiry targets.

6. Coordination with Internal Departments

  • Coordinate with:
  • Engineering for technical clarifications
  • Production & Fabrication for capacity and timelines
  • Planning & Projects for execution schedules
  • Accounts for commercial terms and payments
  • Ensure smooth handover from marketing to execution after order finalization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,402.04 - ₹60,238.22 per month
