Job Description

Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with business targets and brand strategy.
Plan ATL & BTL campaigns across regions to maximize visibility and sales conversion.
Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to support product launches, retail promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Brand Management

Ensure consistent brand visibility across all retail touchpoints.
Coordinate with the marketing team for approvals, branding materials, and execution standards.
Manage influencer and digital marketing activities in alignment with a brand tone and market trends.

Retail Marketing

Design and oversee in-store branding, display, and visual merchandising activities.
Execute marketing activities across channel partners and retail outlets to enhance customer engagement.
Track ROI and effectiveness of marketing spends.

Team Leadership

Lead and guide the regional marketing team for smooth execution of marketing activities.
Build vendor relationships for creative, printing, and event management support.

Budget & Performance

Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure timely claim settlements.
Evaluate campaign performance and prepare monthly MIS reports for management review.
