Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Patna for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns and activities, managing branding initiatives, and analyzing market trends. Additional tasks include conducting competitor analysis, managing marketing budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Marketing Strategy, Branding, and Campaign Management
Proficiency in Digital Marketing, SEO, and Social Media Marketing
Experience with Market Research, Data Analysis, and Competitor Analysis
Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team-Management skills
Ability to manage budgets and optimize resource allocation
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in the retail or hospitality sector is an added advantage
