1. Generate export enquiries from different modes
2. Regular entry and updates in marketing software
3. Timely execution of orders and payment follow-up
4. Regular updates to customers for the machines and its latest advancements as well as introduction of new machines
5. To achieve the given target every financial year
6. Participating in the exhibition which are planned
7. Explore new markets, appointing agents where required.
8. Travelling in assigned territories
9. Maintain all customer data properly, preparing customer visiting reports
10. Follow up for payment from customer data properly
11. Coordinate with all internal departments from machine order to dispatch activity
12. Regular promotion through different medium
13. Proper knowledge of Digital Marketing for promotion
14. Strong relationship and proper bonding with customers
15. Organizing open house at company to invite customers
16. To submit MIS report monthly.
Additional Qualities for above position are
a. Must have relevant experience in the Capital Machinery / Heavy Machine Mfg. company.
b. Candidate should be a quick learner with a positive attitude.
c. Must have Tecno-Commercial expertise.
d. Well versed with MS Office (Word / Excel / Power Point etc.) & Social Platform for business development.
e. Must have fluency in Oral & Written English communication.
f. Able to retain customers and provide effective after Sales Services.
g. Candidates must be visited overseas territories for Business development
or for the purpose of participation in trade shows/exhibitions.
