Marketing Manager

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, contribute to real campaigns, and grow into a strategic marketing role. You’ll work across a variety of projects including content creation, campaign coordination, social media, and event support.

Qualifications

• Proactive and fast-paced, comfortable with things starting out
• You have excellent English & interpersonal skills
• Highly proficient with Google Sheets and basic office software

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Support the team in creating, editing, and scheduling content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and websites.
• Coordinate with vendors, influencers, and partners for ongoing marketing activities.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
• Organize marketing materials and maintain internal databases and content libraries.
• Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Help with planning and execution of events, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across channels.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in a marketing or communications role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Basic understanding of marketing tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, or similar.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• A can-do attitude and willingness to learn quickly.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of content editing or basic design tools
• Interest or background in health, wellness, or fertility (if relevant to your company).

Salary = Fixed + Incentives (hike on last salary)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
