Experience

Minimum 7-12 years of relevant marketing experience
Experience in elevator/escalator, construction equipment, building material industry, Power & Energy Sector preferred

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with company goals and sales targets.
Brand Building: Strengthen the companys brand positioning through effective communication strategies and campaigns.
Lead Generation & Campaigns: Design and execute digital and offline campaigns to generate leads from builders, architects, consultants, and OEM clients.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor products, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Digital Marketing Oversight: Manage website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms to increase online presence.
Event Management: Plan participation in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, architect meets, and product launch events.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and analyze customer database, feedback, and ensure follow-up through marketing automation tools.
Content Creation & Collaterals: Oversee the development of brochures, catalogues, video presentations, and product datasheets.
Coordination with Sales Team: Support sales team with qualified leads, promotional tools, and sales enablement materials.
Agency & Vendor Management: Coordinate with advertising, media, and printing agencies for campaign execution.
