Job Responsibilities:

  • Own social media strategy and execution. Have a pulse of the emerging social media channels/platforms to continuously ideate and innovate within the social space.
  • Research and develop the monthly and quarterly planning of the Social Media calendars considering the ever-evolving learning from past marketing activities and dynamic data from market research.
  • Actively engage and build the Slash community online and Offline.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute ATL & BTL marketing activities, including offline marketing and outdoor campaigns, to boost brand visibility and user acquisition.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Plan and manage all aspects of marketing activities to grow and scale our user base.
  • Implement growth hacking strategies, using low-cost but highly effective viral marketing tactics to generate exponential user growth.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, measure the performance analytics of campaigns
  • Analyze and report social channel and activation performance to quantify the effectiveness of campaigns and drive scalable learning. Report on weekly and monthly insights of marketing metrics on target audience and user growth with supporting data and analysis
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Devise new content with good storytelling to engage with the relevant communities in our target user base of professionals and consumers
  • Grow engagement with the relevant communities in our target user base through extensive one-on-one user engagement and supplementing it with appropriate campaigns
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Drive internal communications and be the custodian of Slash on all social media platforms

Ideal candidate for this role should -

  • Have 5+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Be a Self-starter who is proactive and can actively come up with a marketing strategy and execute activities to implement the strategy.
  • Have planned and managed campaigns end to end on many channels.
  • Have hands on experience in social media content creation and don multiple hats across the marketing role.
  • Love Marketing, Content and Social media.
  • Have a knack for creating relatable and engaging campaigns and executing them.
