Are you a seasoned Oracle analytics professional with a deep understanding of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), OBIEE, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)? Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights? We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on the role of Lead Oracle Analytics. In this position, you will be at the forefront of leveraging Oracle's powerful analytics stack to drive data-driven decision-making within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analytics Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. Lead efforts to maximize the value of data assets and transform them into actionable insights.
• Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of analysts, data engineers, and developers. Provide guidance, set clear goals, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC): Utilize OAC to design and create interactive dashboards and reports that empower business stakeholders to make informed decisions.
• Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE): Leverage OBIEE to build and maintain a robust reporting and analytics infrastructure that ensures data accessibility and accuracy.
• Oracle Data Integrator (ODI): Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using ODI to ensure data integration, transformation, and delivery to support analytical needs.
• Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW): Utilize ADW to build scalable and high-performance data warehousing solutions that serve as the foundation for analytics.
• Data Governance: Implement and enforce data governance policies and best practices to ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, define data needs, and deliver actionable insights.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Oracle analytics solutions, ensuring efficient data processing and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology).
• Minimum 5 years of proven expertise in any one or more tools like Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), OBIEE, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with Oracle database technologies and cloud-based data solutions.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging Oracle analytics tools to drive business insights.
